Request

Georgia Uremovic of Fresno, California has made the following request.

 Dear Sirs,

 I am requesting debtors who have filed in the Eastern District of California (roughly Stockton to Bakersfield) to contact me regarding abuses, questionable billing, questionable  liquidation of assets etc by Trustees in this jurisdiction. I am in particular interested in the activities of a Trustee identified as JAMES E. SALVEN.  

I am also interested in any information regarding realtors/brokers in this jurisdiction whose  relationship with Trustees has raised suspicion with debtors.

It is my intent to collect documents/declarations for the purpose of establishing what I believe is a pattern of activities designed to fleece debtors out of their [exempt] assets through Trustees, individuals in the real estate business etc.
