Our Purpose
Few realize the injustices taking place in the bankruptcy courts by those sworn to uphold the law until they are in the midst of the whirlwind. United States Bankruptcy Courts administer law that is core -- there are no jury trials. Even in non-core proceedings, bankruptcy judges deny litigants trial by jury. Decisions are left up to bankruptcy judges, some who are corrupt, who collude with trustees to give color and claim of official right to trustee perjury, conflicts of interest, extortion and embezzlement.
Our purpose is to inform the public, the media, law enforcement personnel, justice officials, elected officials, and victim support groups of crimes committed under color and claim of official right of the United States Bankruptcy Courts.
This web site is interactive, meaning that it provides victims of bankruptcy court corruption with information and links to resources so that they can be active participants in the pursuit for justice.
Wells of Justice cannot provide legal advice.
Wells of Justice does not make referrals to attorneys or petition preparers.
Before emailing Wells of Justice concerning issues that are not bankruptcy related, please see our links page. It contains links to other advocacy groups and self-help organizations that might focus on the issue of judicial corruption outside of the bankruptcy courts. Also, please read our Contact page before emailing so you will know our protocol for submissions of articles and research.
Before emailing Wells of Justice concerning issues in your particular case, please visit the section "What Victims Should Know." There is no magic formula to resolve or stop the injustices committed. There is no knight in shining armor coming to rescue victims on a white horse. The section "What Victims Should Know" provides pertinent information that victims must muster the courage and strength to do themselves.
Victims might ask, "What good is this site, then?" The answer is to inform and educate. Instead of spending an hour looking for a knight on a white horse to come rescue victims, spend an hour becoming familiar with the United States Trustee Program, their propaganda, how cases are corruptly administered, and what goes on behind the scenes that targets and controls victims in these white-collar, confidence crimes.
Wells of Justice does not provide links to other sites for the purpose of promoting for-profit businesses that have no relationship to educating or otherwise helping victims of judicial abuse.
