Dear Mrs. Bronstein,

This follow up letter to you is in response to your letter to me dated March 21, 2003.

Your letter was in response to my letter to U.S. Attorney General, Mr. John Ashcroft.

 Hopefully, I will not have to type another letter to you and/or John boy pertaining to these pass the buck letters with any more attachments.

 In your letter to me dated March 21, 2003, you stated to contact the Oklahoma City F.B.I. office in which I did. When I contacted that office they referred me to the Tulsa F.B.I. office which I have already been there done that before I wrote the letter to John. In your letter to me you stated: "Based on a review of the information you provided, we are unable to determine if such a violation exists.".  Question? Would you please explain to me what your job duty is at the D.O.J. that tax payers are paying for?

I would like to also bring your attention to a copy of a letter that was sent to your offices in case it got lost in the mail or something pertaining to United States Senator James M. Inhofe`s inquiry to your office(s). In this letter it states an issue about a request for an investigation into specific judges. It has been said that the U.S. Department of Justice is not investigating any white color crime pertaining to we, the people`s Constitutional Rights and the Bill of Rights? Is this true?

 If the people`s Department of Justice is so focused on the Terrorist issues and the Patriot Act issues and don`t have the time and man power to investigate white collar crime, then maybe you should hire more U.S. Attorneys to prosecute some Judges and Lawyers for Violations of Title 42, sec. 1983 and we, the peoples First Amendment Rights? Failure to prosecute a white-collar crime is a crime…

Please do not send me any more pass the buck wag the dog letters, I already have too many! If you do not understand the meaning of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, then please resign and save some taxpayers funds. If you do choose to respond to this letter, please provide information pertaining to Forming Congressional Hearings in Washington on America`s Judicial System since your office is in Congressional Affairs?

 You are hereby put on individual and official Judicial Notice under Title 42, sec.1983.
