of trustees.  Regional United States Trustee's offices respond to reports of crimes committed under color and claim of official right by saying the trustees are private parties, not government employees.  We went to the U.S. Code to determine what is a Chapter 7 trustee, and present how the law defines trustees in this article.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>Trustee Compensation
