1st Circuit -  In particular circumstances, bankruptcy courts are not empowered to arrive at final resolution of attorney discipline matters.

7th Circuit -  Earned income credit on tax refunds is exempt in Illinois

8th Circuit -  Bankruptcy judge denies Motion to stay sale pending appeal on same day that trustee closes sale of subject property.  BAP dismisses appeal to denial of stay as moot on the basis that appellant did not obtain a stay and that sale has closed.

9th Circuit -Bankruptcy judge denies homestead exemption on basis that debtor does not own property.  Same judge then approves sale of the same property as property of the bankruptcy estate.

9th Circuit - Trustee cannot revoke discharge and deny exemptions in case where discharge was entered longer than one year.
9th Circuit - Chapter 13 trustee and staff have quasi-judicial immunity

10th Circuit -  Debtor who argued he has no ownership interest in vehicle owned by his deceased father, lacks standing to appeal order giving trustee right to sell that vehicle.
