Court Decisions
"Those Judges who serve justice are great Judges of integrity and honor. Those few who serve some other aim are like poison to the pure wells of justice. They are deserving always of respect as Judges, however, their rulings must be exposed and challenged if the integrity of the system is to be preserved."
Greggory M. Marootian, Esq.
It is our belief that members of Congress are not knowledgeable of just how out of control the federal judiciary has become. Politicians excuse evidence of judicial abuse and corruption by alleging separation of powers. Separation of powers is so each branch of government is overseen by another branch. If at any time one branch closes its eyes to another branch, checks and balances cease; chaos and an out of control judiciary is created; and legislatures are left to write laws that serve their personal benefit or the benefit of corporate and wealthy supporters.
Logically, members of Congress can read decisions and know what is happening in cases, not to intervene in cases, but to identify those judges whose decisions are like poison to the pure wells of justice. Once identified, Congress has authority and power to impeach.
Members of Congress must read court decisions in order to know what legislation, amendments, or repeals are necessary to protect American citizens and the United States Constitution. The federal judiciary has authority to decide when laws are unconstitutional -- they fail to decide when judicial decisions, commonly called case law, are unconstitutional.
Congress has made mistakes in legislating law. The Bankruptcy Code is a good example. While the constitution provides that citizens shall not be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law, and that in suits of common law where the amount exceeds $20, parties have right to a trial by jury ---bankruptcy statute legislated by Congress violates those constitutional provisions.
It is our hope, and the hope of many Americans, that members of Congress will read the decisions provided in this section and wake up, take action, legislate, amend and repeal, until the Bankruptcy Code provides all Americans constitutional provisions.
